Transport

Buyer arranges transport with a licensed distributor and takes possession at the farm in Penngrove. Scheduling and transport costs are the responsibility of Buyer.

Terms and Signature
Terms of sale
  1. No amount is charged at the time this order is placed. Payment is due in full at or before the time of pickup.
  2. Payment is accepted in cash at pickup, or by wire transfer that has cleared and been confirmed by Luma California prior to release of material.
  3. Buyer may cancel or modify this order at any time prior to pickup by written notice to Luma California. No cancellation fee applies.
  4. Minimum order is one box.
  5. All transfers are recorded in METRC and move on a licensed manifest between licensed parties.
  6. Buyer arranges and pays for transport with a licensed distributor. Scheduling and transport costs are the responsibility of Buyer.
  7. Buyer is responsible for verifying box weights at pickup. The amount due is calculated from the verified weight at the rate stated on this order.
  8. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer at pickup. From that point forward, cold chain, storage, and handling are the responsibility of Buyer.

By signing below, Buyer acknowledges the terms of sale stated above and represents that the signatory is authorized to bind the license named on this order.
