Terms of reservation
  1. A reservation holds allocation against the 2026 harvest. No amount is charged and no payment is owed at the time of reservation.
  2. Box counts and weights stated are pre-harvest estimates. Final quantities are confirmed following harvest and cure.
  3. Pricing is confirmed upon harvest and communicated to Buyer in writing before any reservation is converted to an order.
  4. Payment terms are established at the time the order is confirmed following harvest.
  5. Reservations are held in the order received.
  6. Buyer may modify or release a reservation at any time prior to harvest by written notice to Luma California.

By signing below, Buyer acknowledges the terms of reservation stated above and represents that the signatory is authorized to reserve on behalf of the license named on this order.
